Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
